• Estate planning to establish appropriate powers of attorney to the designated mandatary and, if necessary, coordinate the process for homologation of the mandate or, as an interim measure, protective supervision through tutorship.
• Home care services including housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and managing health care requirements.
• Property management of residences including advertising for and screening potential tenants, drawing up leases, rent collection, resolution of rental board issues, and hiring contractors for repairs and renovations.
• Assisted living/institutionalization to deal with that turning point when living at home is no longer an option. We assist the client to identify permanent residency facilities to provide assisted living services based on their loved one’s medical needs. We also make sure that the transition is as seamless as possible, and we assist in the selling of property if required.
